Automatic Laser Marking Machine
Equipped with high-quality UV laser marking system, it can complete any set of marking tasks accurately and efficiently, and the characters are clear and beautiful.
According to customer requirements, it can achieve the jump code of serial number coding or other settings.
You can choose single or double laser marking machine and whether to configure the CCD visual alignment system. According to the different requirements of customers, there are a variety of machine configurations to choose from.
The minimum marking characters are up to 0.1mm, with marking accuracy of up to ± 0.01mm, which perfectly meets the marking needs of small particle product.
Ultra-high material loading efficiency, with a single laser marking machine, can be loaded with 300-2000 pieces of film per hour.
Equipped with a strong vacuum suction system, the material only touches the silicon soft suction cups to ensure that the material will not be damaged.
Equipped with high-precision color photoelectric sensor, accurate-distinguished material and isolation paper, it will avoid misuse and suck the material into the waste paper box.
Equipped with double hopper feeding system, it changes the material with no stop, which improves the work efficiency.
